Bergisel Ski Jump
Only 15 minutes from our Haus Olympia, at the Bergisel, history was made. Not only regarding Tyrol's freedom, but also in the exciting sport of ski jumping. The ski jump was erected in 1925, further expanded and developed in 1964 for the Olympic games, adapted in 1976, and remodelled by the world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid in 2001.
The lift takes guests to the main entrance and comfortably takes everyone to the cafe in about 5 minutes, which is located at 39 m height up in the tower. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow a 360-degree panoramic view of the stunning Tyrolean alpine landscape. From the impressive cafe, guests have the chance to go up one more floor to the observation deck.
